Names of Jesus Christ in John’s Gospel

AND JESUS SAID; HE WHO HAS SEEN ME HAS SEEN THE FATHER.            ( JOHN 14:9 *NKJV )

Jesus Christ called Himself many different names in the Gospels.
Some of the names refer back to the Old Testament promises of the predicted Messiah.  Others were ways to help people understand Him.  So today we will take a look at the Names that Jesus used to refer to Himself in the Gospel Of John.

“SON OF MAN”   JOHN 6:27
  This was Jesus’ favorite reference to himself.  It emphasized
His humanity, but the way He used it, it was a claim to divinity
as well!

“I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE”  JOHN 6:35
  Refers to His life-giving role. That He is the only way to our
Eternal life.
